I booked room 10 (4 people with an en-suite bathroom) so that when I checked in, without warning, they would give me a free breakfast stamp because the bathroom was not working. This should be reported in advance and/or the guest should be asked what they decide to do.
You could use the shower on one side and not the bathroom. You had to go to the shared one.
The only thing is that the location is good and the service is also good (not as good as in Madrid, which was excellent!)
